Mr. Traverse represented me in the sale of a home in Elk Grove. The home had been a rental for about 12 years. We wanted a fairly quick, clean sale, and we wanted to get a good price for the home. Marc was an active partner in helping us achieve our objectives. He was especially helpful with preparation of the home for sale, timing the market, and pricing.

Our transaction required far more assistance than a typical real estate sale - the house required a lot of repairs.
